Beno Udrih: Expected to play Tuesday

Udrih has missed the Heat’s first two preseason games while battling a tight back, but the time off to recover appears to have done him some good. Assuming Udrih experiences no late-arriving setbacks, he’ll likely play only limited minutes in Tuesday’s contest and then see his playing time expand in the exhibition games to follow. Once the regular season starts, Udrih may find himself on the outside of the Heat’s rotation, as he ranks as the third-string option at point guard behind Goran Dragic and Tyler Johnson.
