Behind the Numbers presented by HUB International: Raptors at Pelicans

A look at three key numbers related to Saturday’s game at the Smoothie King Center between Toronto and New Orleans (6 p.m., Fox Sports New Orleans, WRNO 99.5 FM):

3: Tim Frazier’s rank among New Orleans’ 17 current players in points per 36 minutes this season. The recently-signed point guard is averaging 20.2 points per 36 minutes, behind only Anthony Davis (24.6) and Jrue Holiday (21.4) on the Pelicans. Frazier is also doing it very efficiently, shooting 55.6 percent from the field, which ranks second on the club. Only Kendrick Perkins has been more accurate from the floor (56.8), but Perkins is a very low-usage offensive player. In fact, in only five games Frazier has already attempted more shots (45) than Perkins (44) has in the center’s 26 games.

: Pelicans players who were in uniform among the team’s six leading scorers this season during Thursday’s 92-84 road defeat in Indiana. While the Raptors have also had a few noteworthy injuries, including extended absences by small forward DeMarre Carroll and center Jonas Valanciunas, the Atlantic Division’s premier club is considerably healthier than its Saturday hosts. Of Toronto’s nine leading scorers of 2015-16, all but Carroll and Valanciunas have appeared in at least 64 games. Rest accounted for some of the games missed by the likes of stars Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan, who’ve only sat out a combined three times.

: Fifty-plus-win seasons in Toronto’s franchise history, something the Raptors can accomplish with two more victories. Toronto (48-23) entered the weekend with a chance to do it before Easter, but lost a close game in Houston last night. New Orleans has one 50-win season in its team history, going 56-26 in 2007-08. NOLA came up one victory shy the following season at 49-33.
