Baynes was cleared by his doctor to play in back-to-back games and will not face any minutes restriction when the Pistons begin their season Tuesday against the Hawks, Keith Langlois of Pistons.com reports.

Baynes had previously been subjected to a 15-minute limit in games, but should be able to see extended action if the Pistons require that from him. However, with Andre Drummond ahead of him on the depth chart and set to dominate the playing time at the center spot, Baynes’ minutes count doesn’t project to be much more than 15 per game in any case.
