Wiggins atoned for his poor shooting night by getting to the free-throw line with ease, something he was able to do seven times per game last season. The forward’s ability to draw contact and convert from the charity stripe will continue to prop up his scoring total, but his limited impact in other categories has stood in the way of him emerging as a high-end fantasy asset. Saturday’s stat line was no exception, and the 21-year-old will need to improve his production in the assists, three-pointers and rebounds categories in order for him to justify a selection in the first few rounds of fantasy drafts.
