Amir Johnson: Will come off bench Friday

Coach Brad Stevens, after the Celtics got blown out on their home floor during
Game 1, will opt to replace Johnson’s size with Green’s speed with the change to
the starting five. The last time Johnson came off the pine in favor of Green was
during Game 3 of the Celtics/Wizards series, where he played 10 minutes and
finished with three points, four rebounds and one assist.
