Aldridge tallied 24 points (8-21 FG, 8-10 FT), eight rebounds, a steal and a block over 44 minutes in Friday’s 100-96 Game 3 victory over the Thunder.

After shooting 75 percent (33-for-44) through the first two games of the series, Aldridge came back down to earth a bit in Game 3, but still enjoyed a productive outing. His minutes were north of 40 for the second straight contest as well, but with coach Gregg Popovich’s practice of carefully monitoring his starters’ playing time during the regular season, the 10-year veteran appeared none the worse for wear. He was strong on the boards once again, and has averaged 10.5 rebounds over the last five postseason games. Despite struggling somewhat from the field Friday, Aldridge is still carrying a 63 percent field-goal percentage through the first three games of the semifinal round.
