Aaron Gordon: Attempts season-high 15 shots in loss

It was an ugly shooting night for Gordon, who has hit only 43.1 percent of his attempts from the field this season, but it was encouraging to see him receive that sort of volume even in a blowout loss. While he’s generally disappointed through the Magic’s first seven games, Gordon is still holding down career-high averages in points (11.6 per game), assists (3.0 per game) and steals (1.7 per game), and has hit at least one three-pointer in six of those contests.
