2016 NBA Draft Profile: Skal Labissiere

Despite only playing 15.8 minutes per game in his lone season at Kentucky, Skal Labissiere has been considered a potential lottery pick thanks to his tools as a two-way player. The 7-foot, 216-pound Haitian projects to have ideal size and athleticism for the NBA, with the possibility of developing a reliable stroke from mid-range and beyond. Plus, Labissiere — who was seventh in the SEC in blocks (1.6) — could become a rim protector as he continues to fill out his frame.

From the Expert In a workout setting Skal Labissiere reminds me a lot of a young Channing Frye. If he can do that in games he’s worthy of a Top 10 pick— Chad Ford (@chadfordinsider) May 12, 2016
