One of the most gifted shooters in college basketball, Jamal Murray was particularly deadly from deep, where he made at least one 3-pointer in all 38 of his games to break the Kentucky program record. More than just an outside presence, Murray used an array of offensive talents to average 20.0 points, which led all SEC freshmen and broke the UK freshman record. The Ontario native also displayed his deadly use of screens for the Canadian national team prior to this season, helping his countrymen to a silver medal at the Pan American Games by averaging 16.0 points.
